Vincent’s newest book, Reawakening America, extensively addresses 21 st Century ethical policing, violence prevention, private security, and building bridges of trust with the community. His previous book, Listen to Their Cries, was sponsored by the United States Military Academy for attendees from colleges nationwide during his National Conference on Ethics in America presentation.
Listen To Their Cries was also sponsored by the Seven Southern Prosecutors of New Jersey for officials from over 300 law enforcement agencies and schools for his school violence prevention training. Vincent also has 275 published on his areas of expertise, including his report on the Virginia Tech Tragedy, where he served as spokesperson for victim’s families. He has also served the New York Yankees as confidant and adviser, and is the recipient of the FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award for ethical leadership training and violence prevention.
Aside from hundreds of presentations nationwide on leadership and violence prevention, Vincent has conducted Leadership Principles: Crisis Planning, Community Partnerships, Violence Prevention keynotes to safeguard New York City.

Vincent is a Board Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Board Certified Crime Prevention Specialist, Certified Police Training Commission Instructor, Certified NJSP Security Instructor (SORA), and USDOJ Certified Community Anti-Terrorism Awareness Instructor Trainer.
He has conducted extensive leadership training initiatives for law enforcement and the military including the FBI, NYPD, West Point, United States Air Force, Port Authority Police Department, and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. He has served the Bergen County Police Chiefs Association as a spokesperson for 20 years on neighborhood policing and violence prevention.
Vincent holds two masters degrees from the Pontifical College Josephinum, and has 14 cover stories for The Chief of Police.
